Nice phone but not enough memory.But why am I waiting so long for my refund.What going on with my $202.00 for this phone this place should have received this phone.Tell me what is long wait.

For a cheap phone, it's still a Samsung. It has a dual sim tray plus a memory card, which is wonderful when traveling internationally. The combination of face and fingerprint is a bit spotty but rarely gets in the way. The response is a bit laggy when you want to get a picture but then again, it's a $200 phone - this is not the best Samsung can do. It even has a headphone jack and a USB-C port.Basically, as Apple keeps deleting features like hardware sim cards that are critical to travel internationally, a system like this is ideal to close the gaps in your Apple ecosystem without transitioning completely to Android. I liked it enough to get a Mint Mobile contract for it to keep playing with on return to the US. And since Galaxy Watch systems work better with Samsung and now support base Google watch features as well, this may be a good "gateway drug" to a full Apple replacement ecosystem if they continue to make worse products over time.

First, it arrives set in some Asian language. I had to contact the seller to get instructions on how to set to English.Then the SIM card from my US carrier did not work. When I was finally able to take the phone to a shop, I was told that it would not function on their network.By this time, the 30-day limit on returns had passed, so I contacted the seller. Instead of agreeing to accept the return on a useless device, they wanted to argue with me, insisting that a software setting was the issue. This is complete nonsense, but they have refused to accept a return.I am furious!

The phone doesn’t go on speaker for regular calls, and sometimes the ringer is very low without anyone turning it down. Having downloaded what’s app, I’m having issues with it.
