Very impressed with overall quality of the camera.The instructions could be better, the writing of the instructions was pretty small, hard to read for my vision, but being tech savvy, I figured the thing out pretty fast in trying to link it to the home wifi. It only works on 2.4GHz Wifi.The thing that most impressed me was the battery. We have cold weather and after a month of fairly cold weather it still has 70% charge. Temperatures dip to 30's already here and it still kept its charge.We needed a camera because we had two packages stolen after delivery or during delivery. Plus other close by neighbors according to NextDoor app were having their packages stolen too. Figured this shopping season could be brutal with theft so decided on this inexpensive camera.The video has pretty good resolution and is just fine. I kept settings for 15 sec recording, and it has no missed any nearby movement to activate. Nice thing is you can have the camera connected to doorbell connection as well, but have been lazy to do it in this cold weather. Since installed no packages were stolen and warns any thieves that they are being watched.Looked at other cameras but they were too expensive and did not feel it was necessary. It will erase old videos or it can keep few days of videos in its memory. As long as it serves its purpose you really do not need all the unnecessary bells and whistles.If you need to monitor the house while away, this will not work for you because you need to be connected to the same wifi network to be able to access it away from home. But we always have somebody at home and two dogs at home so I am not too concerned about that. Only purchased to stop packages being stolen and it did the job!Update, I was wrong, You can still monitor when you're away from home on your carrier's network as well.Overall very pleased with the device and highly recommend.

Its ok but it does not matter since battery does not last.

Update 5/30/22 I worked with customer service and we could not get this device to accept the firmware update. Customer service ended up sending me a replacement device that I've installed and its working. My app has a notification that it needs an update but I will not be doing the update unless my replacement has issues as it is working just fine.I was really happy with this doorbell. It is exactly two days past my return window and the video feed has quit working after I installed the firmware update. I will update after I hear back from the company but at this point I would say don't buy this.

Nothing! Set up was easy and quick

This was great when I lived in an apartment and the wuuk was inside all the time. When we moved into our house and it was fully outside it would die within days if it was even 40 degrees outside. Had to get a different brand to be able to use it. If it lasted in the cold I would keep it I loved the wuuk motion detection and no subscription.

We are happy with this product and especially happy with their customer service, which is outstanding.

Movement detector work pretty good, but battery life is not good at all. Only last for 10 months. It doesn’t hold charge.

I bought two. Gave one to my neighbor. See the screenshot taken from my phone....nice clear imagery. Easy to follow directions for set up. No subscriptions. We like to "Wuuk" our neighbors - in fact, it's fun to review such clear video footage of goofy friends and neighbors, and the occasional deer that walks across the front lawn. An easy to recommend product. Enjoy! And by the way, there is a Customer Service woman named "Anna" who patiently helped me get my account back online after I crashed it. Ask for her.....she's got talent.
