Awesome stuff!
I drink this tea to aid in recovering from intense workouts, colds/flu and over ice mixed with coconut water. Highly recommended. Alot goes a long way. Its loose so not in a tea bag form so i can mix what i need also i reuse the pouch for spice storage when i'm camping.
