Product as described. Made from sturdy material. Not had to wash matt yet but it appears as it's good quality as well. Easy to use. Only issue is the pull out drain pan for liquid sticks about an inch out. I sanded small rough edges on pan and then it slid out smooth.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because I broke my leg and had trouble rushing downstairs to take my dog out. This became my upstairs solution. I tried potty pains but my dog wanted the feel of grass. So, I purchased this after seeing it at my brother's apartment. It has worked very well. It's light weight and easy to clean.Because of my limited mobility I improvised a bit and placed disposable potty pads under the artificial grass for ease of cleaning. Worked like a charm. It alleviates the need to clean it more frequently.Now that I'm healed I don't have the same level of need but I will be keeping it. I temporarily moved it outside and Coco preferred to use it instead of the vast lawn at her disposal.This product is easy to use. It lightweight and super easy to clean.

Puppy used it right away for poop, and I finally saw him pee on it too. I washed all parts before use, but it still smelled a little. That seems to be subsiding now. It works for my puppy when in a confined space, but it was pricey..

We thought this would work for my dad's dog who he had trained on those puppy pads. It did not. It is now sitting in the corner being useless. He'll go to the bathroom on most things that are on the ground - but not this.

My dogs took to this immediately. Easy to clean, no leaks. I put a puppy pad in the drawer to help keep pee from spilling when removing/cleaning drawer.

My dogs actually use it... but you gotta clean it every day
