I was skeptical of ordering this faucet due to some reviews that discussed issues with color (stating it looked more purple than oil rubbed). I am very specific when it comes to having all matching furniture. So I took a big chance by ordering this if it did come out the wrong color! I also was skeptical due to the cheap price fearing the saying "you get what you pay for" With that being said it came in today and I am very pleased with this! The color is absolutely amazing and mine doesn't look purple in the slightest. Also i personally think it looks even nicer in person than it did in the picture. My husband is a contractor and he was very surprised at how sturdy and durable this seems to be! It is not cheaply made at all! Installing it was no problem for us and honestly with me having no back ground in sink installation I probably could have put it in myself! The only down side is that it doesn't come with the drain stopper piece so you will have to buy that separately! However for 30$ you really can't complain about that ( I found one for five dollars that matches perfectly in the section under the pic saying frequently bought together)

Beautiful, sturdy yet affordable bronze-colored faucet that gives a luxurious feel to any sink. The installation was simple for me--it was removing the old faucet that was most of the work. As mentioned by other reviewers, (1) the faucet has a beautiful purple tint--this was desirable for me and is not strong enough to clash with other shades of bronze, in my opinion; (2) the water pressure should be lowered (partially shut off the shut-off valves) for best results.Also, one more note: my old faucet has three components: the faucet itself and two separate knobs. Thus, my countertop has three holes. I covered the two extra holes with bronze-colored faucet hole covers (I also installed a new, bronze-colored drain which I just push to make pop up or close) and installed this faucet in the center hole. Now my setup is simpler, more elegant, and more luxurious.

I have to admit, when I purchased this from Amazon, it was about half the cost of something similar at the local hardware store so I was skeptical. It was packaged nicely. In fact, better than any faucet I have ever bought. It looks beautiful and functions great. It does not feel cheap. It feels very high quality. I have used it for over a month with no issues at all. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star was that the center threaded rod was larger than the hole in my sink so I had to file out the sink hole to make it larger. Other than having to file the sink hole out, the installation was straightforward.
