Very nice customer service
My cpu was not working.But the customer service was very very good and patient.The 5 star is for customer service and not for the product

Worst product ever. Problems started from 2nd day of purchase. Don't buy it.
Worst product ever. Scratches were there in the cabinet. Customer service is bad. They are not helping me. It's not a value for money product. Instead, it's a money wasting product.

CPU is working fine but cabinet is defective
CPU is very good for normal jobs. I've not purchased it for gaming. Pre installed Windows 10 pro and MS Office are great advantage. However, cabinet is broken. I'm afraid it can give shock if fingers are touched accidentally on the circuit.Request the vendor to arrange necessary repairs.

Justified purchase... although not for everybody
Good and nice purchase, but be prepared to face some snags over hardware or software issue. In my case everything was fine except the cooling fan which was a very noisy. So I replaced it with a new one.Another drawback is that there are no expansion slots for additional hard disk or storage device. So I removed the DVD writer and replaced it with my Hard disk.No manual regarding hardware was provided which was another drawback.So my final statement.. Purchase it only if you are familiar with computer hardware and software..else go on for a new PC

I purchased this one year back worked one year good now motherboard corrupted so don't buy
