## Questions & Answers

**Q: Did anyone notice and poofing on the front of the sweatshirt right at the zipper in between the pockets after wearing/washing a few times?**
A: Any cotton garments with a zipper can definitely be dried in a dryer just dry it on low heat so that shrinkage does not happen… not on high heat to get it dry as fast as you can that’s foolish

**Q: I have a nice size gut and was wondering should i get a 4xl im 5"11 and 285 lbs**
A: Carhartt suggests using your chest measurement for the most accurate fit. However if you have a nice size gut this may not work for you. The 2XL: Chest: 50-52" and Waist: 44-46". The 3XL: Chest: 54-56" and Waist: 48-50". Thank you for your business. Your orders are always appreciated. If there is anything else we can do for you, please email us. -The Rugged Outfitters Customer Service Team

**Q: What is the length?**
A: Really long. Not being a smart Alec, but I live in Texas, so it's already put away. But if I touch my toes, it still doesn't ride up.

**Q: Is it cotton or not?? One place says 100 percent cotton. In another it says 50/50 cotton/polyester??**
A: We apologize for the error, the fabric content varies by color. Solid colors are 50% cotton/50% polyester, Charcoal Heather is 55% cotton/45% polyester, and Heather Gray is 70% cotton/30% polyester. Feel free to contact us at 1 800 833 3118 with questions.
