PLEASE READ TILL END!!I used to just use a standard notepad, but occasionally my scribbles would get disarrayed and became difficult to understand, so I figured I needed something more organized, my first use with this workout log was great! However while at the gym I usually scribble something down in between sits, and sometimes drop/toss/place/set my notepad on the ground next to my machine/bench, a standard notepad could easily withhold the “abuse”... I enjoyed the layout of this log, since it was easy to fill in and straight to the point, I usually like to flip back a few pages and refer back to my previous workouts as a reference of what weight/resistance and warm up on/reps/etc. however, with these workout notepads, I have a hard time doing that since the pages can’t withstand all that much, the pages rip out with ease, which is not something I want in a workout log. I hate to leave a bad review, but I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller in hopes of a replacement set, since I feel like I probably just got some from a “bad batch” several other reviews rave about how “sturdy” they are, yet I’m just not seeing it.. very disappointed, will revert back to the old school method of tracking my workouts. Don’t waste your money :(UPDATE: the company reached out to me and sent me 3 NEW notebooks along with a nice leather cover to protect them through the wear and tear at the gym/in my Gym bag/and flipping through pages. I am so amazed at how amazing their customer service was, I will now be a customer for life ☺️☺️ Very happy!

You bite it you write it
In my years of dieting I have to say... I HATE TRACKING MY FOOD. I also have to say I AM ONLY ABLE TO LOSE CONSISTENTLY WHEN I TRACK MY FOOD CONSISTENTLY. grrrrrrrrrrrSo the key to consistently tracking is when it's easy for me to do. Something I can keep on my kitchen counter or take with me if I'm going to be gone for a few days. While I have tracked online, and it has some advantages, somehow for me I like seeing it in black and white on paper. And it's just easier for me. No opening and booting up the computer, getting on the tracking website, typing each food in for whichever meal. By the time I do that I could have tracked my entire day on this little gem. There are places for calories, carbs etc but currently I'm on WW so I track "points".Another thing I like about this is on the back of each tracking page is a "notes" page. I can either jot down a quick recipe or make a grocery list or whatever. It's just really easy to go back and read thru my days and get ideas for meals and meal plans. This just seems to be a very well thought out food journal. My favorite one so far.

Easy to use
Easy to keep track of my food intake. I like the fact that I can record fat intact as well as calories and carbs.

Good way to track food intake
I've purchased these food intake journals for quite a while for my husband. He's a diabetic and keeps track of calories, carbs and carbs which his doctor appreciates. She wants to begin getting them for other diabetic patients. It's helpful to have a 3 month supply. My husband always knows if he's following guidelines from his doctor. They are great.

Great way to track and manage progressive overload.
I love these. I'm glad they're available again because for they weren't.

It will do.
The size is good. Slim, fits in my small hand. However, I can tell this is not going to hold up very well (unless I'm very careful when turning the page and when I stuff it in my bag). The paper is rather thin.Kinda reminds me of when I was a kid and we were too poor to afford the "good Mead notebooks" and had the get the cheap store brand notebooks that ripped 2 weeks later. With that said.... I do like the simplicity of this notebook. Big enough spaces for my girly writing. No fuss, just business. The back of the page has lines for you to take notes, (notes, nutrition, sleep). It came in a pack of 3 and for the price, I can't complain. But this will do... I'll make it work... just like when I was a kid with my "budget notebook".

Great Quantity, Quality, and Presentation.
A very slim and portable version of a workout log is awesome! Here I outline what I think stands out these logs over some of the others:Quantity: Getting 3 of these instead of one is definitely a steal.Presentation: The outline is very excellent. You have the workout and the muscle group focus. Your standard reps and sets that you do. Then your comments and mood. The back is nice because you don't count calories. Instead you write what you eat, what sleep you got, and other workouts you did.Quality: Based on the way that it's made, it is a really nice quality to have and no typos, mistakes were evident on these logs
