Does anyone know if an ulticlip will work with this iwb holster?

Short answer: Yes. However, the holster has subtle contours and the ulticlip is flat. But no biggie as far as functionality. When you put a ulticlip on the holster, it will no longer be tuckable. If the purpose of attaching the ulticlip is to wear the holster without using a belt, you might want to try the holster as is first. The spring clip already on the holster will securely attach to your waistband as is.

Will this fit the m&p compact?

Yes, the version for the M&P will fit the Compact (4 inch barrel) and the Subcompact (3.5 inch barrel). Since the Q-Series does not cover the barrel, length is not an issue. The first answer may cause confusion. "M&P Compact" refers to either the M&P with 4 inch (Compact) or 3.5 inch ( Subcompact) barrel, compared to the 4.5 inch barrel of the M&P. The M&P Shield is NOT the same gun. The Q-Series has a separate version for the M&P Shield. The M&P Shield is a single-stack pistol, compared to the double-stack M&P, so it is narrower.
