I've been using these tablets for few years and see a marked difference when I take these. Don't know if there is any long-term side-effects

It's quite difficult to write down a review for multivitamins unless you get yourself medically checked before and after. They seem fine, no visible side effects. Anyways, even though it shouldn't have been made difficult by HK, for anyone looking for a difference between HK other a little expensive multivitamins and this proboitics one. This is what I found : the other one has aminos in it, this one doesn't. This one says it has proboitics, but it's not a vitamin and i guess not required bcoz the other one didn't give me any digestion issues either.

After using it I felt a lack of sleep. Whole night I could not sleep. It means there is something which disturb my sleep.

I feel good after consume tablet but dont know its working or not, and its smell littlebit diffrent because it is unflavoured.over all good product..
