Such a good workout.
I did not buy this through amazon but through BeachBody. It is such a good workout! The workouts begin on the easier side but quickly get very challenging. There are a lot of push-ups (which I could barely do in the beginning and now I rock them!), kicks, punches, and many other moves. It isn't just kickboxing. I find that my muscles are completely toned and I have lost weight too!I would definitely recommend this workout. I have done many other BeachBody workouts and this and TurboFIre are my favorites. Jericho and Joel, the trainers, are likable and push you hard.

Waste of money
Don’t buy it such a waste of money all you’ll learn is how to fight if you really wanna gain that perfect body but insanity or p90x
