I searched high and low for a sunscreen that was SAFE for your skin and couldn’t have been happier to find this. There’s no white-cast, no harsh chemical smells (it’s a very natural, earthy smell) and the ingredients aren't harmful. It felt a tad sticky at first but give it some time to settle in, that feeling fades. Very very happy with this product overall, I’m excited to have a product that won’t irritate my sensitive skin with nasty ingredients.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I needed zinc without the pasty white face. It goes on thin and dries clear. Protects well and smells nice. Worth it!

Very good sunscreen. It’s gentle on the skin and absorbs well. Doesn’t leave a white film like other brands do. Definitely recommend!

I love mad hippie products. I like that they are clean and not too expensive. I really like that this sunscreen applies easily and doesn't leave my skin white. However, I did break out after using it for the entire day on 4th of July. The next day I had pimples which I usually don't get.

I’m in a using non-toxic products phase in my life since I was sick for almost 2 years. I want to replace everything we use in my house. Everything has something that’s toxic to your body. I have G6PD, which means my blood doesn’t have an enzyme that helps protect the red blood cells. Due to this, my body is always trying to keep up producing more red blood cells because my red blood cells are getting destroyed. Reducing the toxic load in the body is very important especially if you have this condition.I bought this item because it didn’t have any listed ingredients flagged by EWG or Clearya. If flagging of the ingredients didn’t appear, I searched the ingredients one by one in the ewg site to ensure it was in the “green” zone.The facial sunscreen was really nice. I applied it after the moisturizer absorbed onto my skin. When I applied it, it was easy, it glided over my skin. Best part, it did not leave my skin white from the zinc oxide.

I love Mad Hippie products. I just started using them in the last year and have loved every one I've tried. I love how hydrating this sunscreen is and doesn't have a white cast on me. It doesn't cause breakouts either.

I live in high altitude and the sun is something else! So far this has been great, it gets the job done, no irritation or sliminess... though I wish it was easier to spread but I just spray a rosewater before applying it so it is easier to blend out. Price point is great. Overall, I would buy it again but maybe try their luminizing one.
