This is the perfect protein powder, and the no-sugar option is a huge plus! It makes it so much easier for us to enjoy a protein shake without adding unnecessary sugar. It’s become a regular part of our morning routine. My favorite way to make it is with a cup of unsweetened soy milk, 2 eggs, a cup of spinach, and of course, a teaspoon of matcha. It’s filling, easy to make, and tastes great! 👌 Definitely a product I’ll keep buying! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is excellent! I eat little to no sugar and salt, and most of the other products on the market have large quantities of this. So, I was happy to find this product. I blended it in my Vitamix with milk, a banana, and some blueberries. Added some ice and a small amount of water. It was absolutely delicious! Even my husband is a big fan of it. Very good product!

Highly recommend for anyone watching their calories but still wants solid protein support!

Great taste. For all those comments saying that it is clumpy, I use a handheld milk frother and to start just put a small amount of water in, so it is almost a pudding texture and then add more water gradually continuing to froth, it ends up like a thick milkshake and is delicious.

This tub is quite flavorful. I use straight water. You can add fruits to it if you want but I don’t. I use both a shaker bottle and a blender to mix mine. They even provide a handy dandy scoop for you. Two scoops of powder, 16oz of water or whatever, 30-40 seconds in the blender and there you go… If you don’t want it too frothy use a shaker. Good stuff for my first time using this product.

I love this protein powder. I'm so dissapointed that they discontinued the 100 calorie low fat chocolate flavor muscle milk because that one is my favorite flavor. I'm still thankful that they still sale the same product only in a different flavor (Vanilla Creme) but I really wish they would bring back the 100 calorie chocolate flavor muscle milk. Overall its a great protein powder if your trying to get lean or maintain being fit and lean and still keeping all your muscle. I have 2-3 scoops of this stuff a day my wife also loves this as well. As this product is a good source of protein, very low in calories, minimal fat and a little bit of added vitamins and minerals. It has Whey protein Isolate and Milk protein Isolate in it. I usely mix this stuff in my oatmeal or cereal and sometimes pancakes. I also sometimes throw a couple servings of this in the blender and make myself a delicious, healthy protein shake. With the Vanilla Creme flavor I usely add strawberries and a cup and half of almond milk or a handful of almonds instead of the strawberries for healthy fats. It taste incredible. I look pretty good and feel good as well consuming this on a daily basis as I'm a vegetarian so this stuff is a big source of my protein, along with nuts, seeds, and greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese. Please don't discontinue this 100 calorie lowfat muscle milk product. By the way if your like me and you miss their old chocolate flavor you can add a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder per serving of this muscle milk and I find out it taste like chocolate vanilla. This has been my favorite go to for some time - just reordered and it’s completely changed! Hardly any flavor and while it still blends well it seems to make my smoothie too thick. Maybe I just got a bad batch?? The powder consistency is different as well. Disappointed.
