These are great! I love them and got them at a fantastic price too! I like the finish on the larger ones it helps keep the yarn from sticking as much as you're working.

Am using this to make an afghan with very chunky yarn. The hook is sliding easily through the yarn, making rapid progress possible.

Reasonable price sturdy

These sizes were hard to find in any store near me. Aluminum is my favorite to work with as it is so smooth and easy.

The hook portion is not smooth with rough grooves and splinters in some areas. This was not isolated to a single hook but fairly consistent with all of them. I did my best to capture this in images and I hope you find it helpful. No doubt this would have snagged and damaged my high quality therefore expensive yarn if I hadn’t inspected them before using!

These are my favorite hooks. And there's a size 11mm which I haven't seen anywhere else at all.

I was very happy with the hooks, only dowload being solid metal the 12mm and 15mm are heavy, this was not unexpected, but may be of concern to those with week hands/wrists, and or arthritis, But overall I would recommend

This is a very pretty set of crocheting hooks. They are great value for money and easy to use especially if you have arthritic hands like me.I highly recommend these crocheting hooks.

These are great to hold but the yarn catches on the join sometimes as it isn’t smooth, other than that comfortable to use

These are good hooks but they have one irritating flaw: the “seam” where the coloured part meets the white handle is slightly off, and this kept catching on my yarn which was super annoying. I filed it down using a nail file which has improved it but next time I will just buy solid metal hooks to eliminate this problem.If you just need simple hooks though, it certainly does the job.
