Due to an internal delay, it was not discovered until 3 months after order that the power adapter did not work. The issue was sent with an almost immediate response that a replacement would be shipped. A few days later - everything was working as expected.

I had my company order 2 of these. they came dirty and had to be cleaned and neither of them worked. I had to send both back.

Good cheap old printer. Arrived in fine condition. Definitely used, but that's what I expected. Works fine, prints great. I wrote a label designer that renders ZPL and needed a way to test it. Worked great for my use case.

This printer has a paper problem can not get it to print on the paper that was sent to us , calling Brothers i got the run around from 10 different brothers personnel i spoke with A note to brothers: We use a other brothers printers and they are the best, why did you offer a looser like this printer to your devoted customers Gene

The unit works ok and has light marks of wear. The only issue is that they disposed of the ribbon previously installed, which means you do not have a starter empty roll to install your first purchased ribbon. Your option is to buy an extra ribbon and discard the tape off it just to get an empty roller to load the machine. This style of machine needs you to use the plastic roll from the just emptied ribbon to be the take-up roll for your new ribbon. This actually ends up being a big problem.

Very happy with this purchase. The printer arrived well packaged, looked clean, and included test print results, which was reassuring. Setup was straightforward and it’s working perfectly. Great value for a restored unit, would buy from them again.

J'ai acheter le modele GX430T parce que j'en avais déjà une pareille mais la je me rend compte qu'il ne sont pas pareille ... il n'y a pas de port internet donc je ne peut pas l'installer sur mon réseaux. C'est pourtant le meme numéro de modele
