I bought this portable washing machine to bring with us on long RV camping trips. I’m not crazy about hanging around laundry facilities at camp grounds, and wanted an easy way to wash clothes at camp. It has everything I was looking for, light weight, small enough to pack into the bed of the truck, easy setup, reasonable load size, does a good job of cleaning clothes, and spin loads sufficiently dry that you can finish drying by hanging the clothes outside for a few hours on a breezy, dry day. For camping I use a longer supply hose to connect to the outside shower on the camper, and a longer drain line to connect to the camp waste pipe.

At first it was cute,easy to out together. It would wash, but wouldnt spin. It was beeping so loud every 5 mins. Lid never locked, we tried everything. Water also would drain had to hand twist shirts and let them air dry. It's been a nightmare. I would love a refund, or they come get this. Im still making payments on it and its in my storage room doing nothing. I went and bought a brand new washer, this has been a nightmare.

I am really happy with this machine. The size is great for small apartments and is easy to move around. Also the laundry comes out as clean as it would from a full size machine. LOVE IT!!!

Overall we like the washer. We set it up in our shower onboard our sailboat. Cleans the clothes well, is compact (important on boats), and doesn't use too much power (also important on boats). A few things to consider: 1) We measured the amount of water used in a Quick Cycle, Level 6 and it took 14 gallons to complete a cycle. When hooked up to a city water supply, this isn't a big deal, but on a boat every drop counts - so keep that in mind. And 2) the drain hose discharge needs to be low for our machine. If it's higher than 18", I get an E2 error code and not much water comes out. When I lowered the discharge to 6" it worked fine. Not a bit deal for us since we drain into our shower. Hope this helps. At first I have this washer 5 stars, it was exactly what my hubby and I needed in our efficiency. However we've only had it for 3 months of moderate use and the motor is dead. What junk. My hubby is trying to troubleshoot a solution but at this point all we have is a giant paper weight in the corner of the room.Epic fail.

Update: after my initial review below the company was extremely helpful in refunding me. They responded extremely quickly and worked with me on not having to return the product for my refund to be issued due to the box and water issues. This leads me to fully believe I happened to receive a random bad machine. I had already ordered another machine (simpler one) as I am in need of a working washer asap but over time I do plan to order another of this companies to try it again.I change my review from 1 to 4 stars for their helpful customer service!I was super excited to add this washer to my rv but as soon as I was able to unpack it it wash wet (took a large towel to dry) and looked very damaged. Almost as though it was a previous return. Despite the scratches and dents I decided to try it out anyway. After all if it worked properly I could get past the cosmetics. It started off okay, then 3 minutes in threw an error code E6 which according to the manual is child tampering with the lid? I stay here alone and didn’t touch it but it took over an hour to clear anyway. Then I thought we got past that and at 28 minutes left in its cycle it says error code E2 (drain issue) the drain tube is completely clear and still the machine will not empty. Since the box came in so damaged I can’t even repack it to return. I hope the company will at least send me a refund or new machine for all these problems, the other reviews seemed so good.
