Uneven Cut
Bought 3 pairs of these for my gym. All 3 were uneven cut, and out of 6 blocks none matched, only 2 came close. I am very disappointed.

These wedges provide good support for regular meditation when used with a yoga support block and cushion.

As expected
Good price and lightweight. A bit slippery when barefoot as foot slides down, need to place so foot slides down and falls against wall.Same material as foam roller.

For plantar fasciitis stretching
This is excellent if you have very flexible ankles and also tight Achilles tendon/plantar fasciitis. It is really hard to stretch properly without a wedge.
