I shall be using tommorrow to make salted caramel, as I have tried sugar free before which worked. This is soft brown and looks and tastes like the real thing so hope this makes the caramel which will go into some home made ice cream. I'd reccommend getting this for diabetics.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using stavia white sugar for years. But recently I found the brown one. It is simply delicious and taste absolutely like brown sugar. I’m a coffee man and believe me when I tell you, it’s better than the white stevia. No side effects what so ever, in the purity of this alternative sweetner.Alex J. Montas

I have substituted this for the whole amount in cake recipes and found it to be great. No real difference was noted by my wife who is diabetic and friends who commented on the cake.

This is okay as a product for baking but a pack of 4 just arrived with well under a month on the best before: use by date. For the expensive nature of it that’s just not on. If these have a short date date that should be hi-lighted or reduced price, I would never use 4 packets of sugar in 2 weeks. Not happy.

Good product that does what it says on the packet. Taste is fine for me, slightly less sweet than sugar.I do not understand how they seek to justify the price, In the end, I think that it will put me off using it.
