Legacy of the dragon
I enjoyed reading this book about Paul Chang mystery. Since my heritage is Asian, I could relate to the culture written in the book. J. Gregory Smith keeps your interest from chapter to chapter. What I liked the best is that the storyline is fast paced not dragged out. Keeping the reader to not put down the book and wanting to find out the ending. I will enjoying reading more of J. Gregory Smith Kindle ebooks.

Mystery Lite
This was an enjoyable light mystery involving a detective trying to start his own agency and the trials he goes through to succeed and maintain his innocence. It was a fun read to sit down with on a warm day at the beach or by the pool.

Legacy of the Dragon
Enjoyed the book. I thought I figured out who the 'bad guys were' early but turned out I was wrong. The twists of the story were good and obviously kept me guessing. I believe that is what a good mystery is supposed to do, keep you guessing.

I was honestly surprised by some of the ways the story unfolded and was appropriately sad towards the end of the book
It was a very decent murder mystery. I was honestly surprised by some of the ways the story unfolded and was appropriately sad towards the end of the book. However, there a pretty good balance of humor and seriousness.I got the audio book version to listen to on a long car trip and it was soooo worth it. Todd Haberkorn was fantastic with the narration.

Delaware Detective
An entertaining read. Asaian detective with an inner force, castout from NY works in sleepy Delaware. A string of seemingly un-related murderer occurs. Once a high profile victim turns up the pressure is on. Includes a demanding aged mother, her Zen caretaker, a troublesome reporter, an Aspergers sidekick and departmental politics. A mystery for those who like a bit of the mystical with their horror.

A pleasant read
This book is enjoyable enough. The author provides us several philosophical options, mostly concerning free will and control over one's actions when choosing to respond to the questions of right or wrong. Perhaps to the questions of right versus might. I hope that future stories will tighten up on plot and have increased character development, as I thought well of these characters.

Chinese devil's
First time reading this author. Thought it was a slow start that took you in other directions. Great build up and incite on how the story would unfold. Really skiuck and gripping story. Just when you thought that the case was nearly over there was another twist. Finished off with a romantic end. They got their chlorine in the end.

Legacy of the Dragon
Bit different from my normal detective books but I did like it. Makes a change being in NYPD than here in the UK. I am also interested in martial arts and the Chinese detective Paul Chang mystery was good. Will probably read more of this author.

Pregnancy of the Dragon
A good cop yarn with a psychological twist in the first person telling. Three story lines come together to give two climatic events. Partners die and old partnerships may be rekindled.
