While one of the best products for a burr grinder, there really is no substitute for the (fairly easy) dissassembly to get at the burrs to see degree of residue build-up and check burr wear after some years. Don't be afraid to get out the screw driver, you're not going to mess up your grinder doing so. Just place everything on a towel and use a vacuum or turn grinder upside down to shake out and contain trapped ground coffee. Then give a wipe-down or detergent wash to the burrs and sides of grind chamber. In doing this you will get to know your equipment by "checking under the hood" and how to best care for it. 15 minutes of loving care. And doing this you can save on this rediculously over-priced cleaner. Look again at the price - eeks!.
