it's great in a bath, especially when you're feeling like something is coming on. For me, allergies, cold, flu, anything, even when just needing to relax. Ordered it awhile ago but recently, adult daughter was visiting and after much party and late nights, needed something to help her breath and rejuvenate; she felt so much better after a hot bath in this. I was so happy I had something to help. :)

Threw a scoop of this into the bath and boom—instant spa day with grandma vibes. My nose is clear, my stress is gone, and I swear I briefly felt like I was hanging with my grandparents and their "Bengay" smell. Smells amazing, feels even better. Will definitely be soaking my problems away with this again.

I always keep all Vicks products on hand for bronchitis, any sinus problems, works very well. Highly recommend.

These are nice for hot bath when you feel gimpy and want that mentholated Vicks smell to waft into your lungs.
