The description says this cheetah is 30 inches long, but the shipping dimensioms indicate 25 inches. What is the actual lingth of the cheetah?

The item is 76cm/30 inches long.

Does the thirty inch measurements include the tail? Thank you

The 30" measurement doesn't include the tail. The tail itself is another 12".

Are the back legs stuck like that or can you have them on each side of the leopard?

The legs are permanently on one side because of the stitching. It is my sons favorite stuffy - so soft and life-like!!

Is the head plush or hard / rigid?

I purchased this cheetah for my 6 year old grandchild. It is super soft and cuddly. There are no rigid or hard parts on any part of this toy.
