Was Not Sure but I am now.
Adrian left me a voice mail and I called back and spoke with him about the order. First he assured me the order likely remained in good condition and if it did spoil he was willing to replace the order. This morning I took out one of the packages/individual servings I made, thawed it and and cut my sashimi. I didn't see any difference in quality from the first time I ordered. I think I'm good. I'm sure now.Adrian told me to order the fillets on a Sunday or Monday in the future so the order ships on a Monday and should arrive without spending a weekend in the shippers facility. Apparently that has happened in the past, won't mention the shipper by name, but the order thaws before being delivered.My original review of this order is below:First order was well frozen on arrival but this second order was thawed out. First order was well packed with dry ice packs. This second one did not have but a hand full of smaller ice packs. Not sure I can refreeze what I received. Expect to get a return call soon to tell me if this is spoiled or not. Will follow up after the call but right now just not sure......

not very high quality but fresh arrived frozen
It is fresh sashimi grade salmon,but honest as a mang years chef sushi that is not very high quality one ,you pay what you get.
