Very cool looking... but, dies quickly.
It is a really really needy fish... but we have had three, and all of them DIED shortly after we got them... Bad zombie... Changing the batteries on the first one proved helpful, but, either they are battery vampires, or there is a design flaw that kills them very very quickly.

Leaks water and dies :(
While my son loves this glow shark, it doesn't work. It stopped working after the first day. I thought maybe the batteries were dead, so I finally got some to replace it. When I opened up the battery compartment, there was water inside. After replacing the batteries and drying it out, it worked again briefly until my son took it in the bathtub with him Once again the battery compartment had water and condensation can be seen throughout the entire shark now. Very disappointing. Its going back.

My son loved this for the short amount of time that it worked. Unfortunately within days it quit working correctly. It would either not work or if he got it to start moving it would not stop even after being taken out of the water and dried. Would not recommend.

Great bath toy, even for older kids
This is our second. Our kids decided our other shark, also by Hexbug, needed a friend. Works great and battery lasts years.

Dim Glow.
I thought it lit up like the Jelly fish. The "glow" isn't much of a glow so I gave it to my four year old nephew. He seemed to enjoy it.

Stopped working after 30 minutes.
My niece played with this for about 30 minutes and it stopped working.

Worked Once And Was Done
This item was purchased as a gift for a July 2015 birthday but I purchased it well in advance as the price was really good and I was fearful I would have a hard time finding it again if I didn't act right away. This fish worked when I tested it the day I received it and I took it out of the water and dried it off like instructed. Before I placed it back in the packaging I touched the two black dots that activate it and it worked fine so I stowed it in my closet for safe keeping. When I tested it again last week it was no longer working despite the batteries having a 98% charge. I feel that this is like the other reviews and the fish works one time and is done. Kind of disappointed.

Would not reccommend...
Bought for a 6 year old boy for Christmas.... disappointing as it stopped working very quickly and didnt really glow in the dark.

Don't buy this :-(
I don't usually write reviews but we are so disappointed with this Hegbug shark. It only worked for about an hour and now does not work. How disappointing and what a waste of the money my son had saved up to buy this. :-((

Love this bought for my kids for Xmas and after having the robofish which I was'nt happy with this met my expectations. These actually switch off after the 5 minutes as they are supposed too
