Quality piece of kit
From order to arrival, this was very smooth with good communication and earlier than expected delivery. The quality of the whole piece is excellent. No missing pieces and subject to some minor adjustments the frame came together easily. The protective netting is a little fiddly and time consuming to setup, but the end result was a happy child. All we could ask for!

10ft trampoline is very good
Easy to assemble. Great product. The big test is when all the kids got on it (5 of them) very sturdy. I had to have a go and the bounce is great. We’ve had many trampolines and my research paid off with this one providing decent quality springs. A good quality mat. Over all a great buy. I would definitely recommend.

Well made sturdy trampoline
Brilliant trampoline, very well made and brilliant piece and design. The kids and us adults love it.Very easy to set up also. Will take 2 people

Good product ruined by poor quality control
Having assembled it, the trampoline looks fine. However, if you buy one you are going to need a small half round file to remove all of the machining burs and weld penetrations that prevent the tubes from inserting into the connecting tubes. A rubber club hammer would also be a useful asset. This added a couple of hours of frustration to the otherwise straightforward assembly process. It looks as though the product came straight from China with no intervening inspections and clearly no quality control at the manufacturer.

Great looking, quality trampoline
The media could not be loaded. Really nice looking - in green it blends into the garden well and is pretty “unoffensive”. We were going to get the 12ft but at the last second went for 10ft and we are glad we did as it’s massive 😂 and more than big enough for our children who are under 10. Putting it together was fairly easy except when it came to slotting the rod of the safety net into the top of the vertical poles…we had to use a screwdriver to make the slot opening wider as there was no way it would fit otherwise. As shame it doesn’t come with ground supports as we hadn’t considered that.

Top poles come apart too easy then puncture the material holding them in place
Easier to assemble than other famous makes my kids have had.About the same for bouncability.It's slightly lower to the ground as well.The real pain is threading the lace all the way round the bounce mat to attach the safety net is very tedious.And the fibre glass poles come apart in the wind. Causing rips.
