I work prepping vegetables on 12 hour shifts and my back really plays up after lunch and I didn't want to wear my more expensive to work so bought this one. I wore it today for the first time at work and it is as supportive and was less than half the price. Would recommend for any fellow back pain sufferers out there.

My whole back was giving me a severe amount of gyp - specially the lumber region. Tried this back brace and it gave me the support I needed to get thru the day. Its not particularly comfortable, but then, neither is having a bad back! It certainly helped me

I've have a facet joint sprain more than once in the last few years and I've never been able to come back to full strength in my lower back. I work a job that involves lifting, bending, and pushing. That's where this product and other similar ones have helped make work more manageable. It's a bit strange to wear at first but it can get comfortable (at least for me). It does get warm and sweaty but that's expected.Keep in mind if you have persistent back pain of any kind please see your GP/Doctor first.

I’m literally reviewing this witching 4hrs of receiving the belt. I have an SI joint issue that when it goes it hurts a lot and causes my pelvis to twist with spasm. My old neoprene support had got a little tired so I bought this. Within 2hrs of wearing it I have already noticed the reduced pain and increased mobility. The support rods in the back have already helped to release the spasm and enabled me to stand a little taller. If any criticism it’s a little uncomfortable at the front if worn under clothing but that is a really minor discomfort. I feel I’ve had a real bargain here as I’d have paid a lot more than £8.99 for this sort of pain relief.
