This wire stripper works as intended, beautifully stripping the wire easily. The tool is made well and is able to handle a wide range of wire sizes. The price is very reasonable so you might as well grab one of these if you are still using scissors or ineffective old style tools. The only improvement I can suggest is using better/stronger clear plastic material for the blister pack so it doesn't crack, break, and lose the tool during shipping. Luckily, Amazon is excellent at remedying situations even when the first tool was a no-show (seemingly lost in transit). When the replacement arrived, the blister pack was cracked all over the place barely hanging on, indicating how the first tool ended up lost.

I bought a similar wire stripper made by Klein Tools and it worked very well as expected. But then someone stole that one and I had to replace it. I had planned to buy another Klein set but I saw this one was a few bucks cheaper so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. This one from Kaiweets works just as well and it saved me a little money. A win-win. These are well designed and well-made. I highly recommend them.

This is my first set of this type of wire stripper. Love it. Works on 6AWG and lower. However, when trying to crimp a 6AWG terminal, the terminal twisted the handles and now they sit slightly out of line. (I bought a crimper...) As for stripping, they work perfectly. The feel like they are of just "ok" build quality. They'll work for this DIY'er, but probably not robust enough for full time use. I might have felt different had the handles not bent, but that's the reason for knocking one star off. However, for the money, better than expected.

Worked great for basic car stereo wiring and I’m sure it would also be great for any other wiring needs. Not sure how long it will last but it worked great for what I needed it for!

I had not looked at wire stripping tools in a long time. Did it the old fashioned way with a small pocket knife. This is the coolest tool and works with every size of wire I have tried so far. This saves so much time and works perfectly every time. It will even do multiple wires like a 4 wire ribbon cable for LED lighting - at the same time. It's amazing.

I've owned... 1 pair (broke after two months): haisstronica 3 pairs (lost one, broke one, gave one away): irwin These cost much less, works just a well, and haven't broke yet (two+ years).

This wire stripper feels very well-made and durable. However, it came without any instructions, which made it take a while to figure out how to properly adjust it for different wire sizes and types. Since the packaging appeared to have been opened, it is possible the manual was missing from my unit. I recommend checking the product page on Amazon for usage tips if you run into similar issues, as that was very helpful for getting it set up correctly. Once adjusted, it works exactly as expected.

First View: Packaging was reasonable and then product it self was outstanding for the price. Stripped Wires with ease. Durability I cannot comment on yet due to only being used a handful of times but the cutters are not dented yet. The grip is solid but the adjustment is so easy the helpful gauge
