I recently visited my parents and was reminded of the way we used to steam veggies and buns when I was a kid. After getting this steamer, I can't believe I ever forgot in the first place.Everything that I've steamed has come out tasting delicious, not to mention that it's much healthier and easier for reheating and cooking food. Because it has two layers I can use one when I am cooking for myself and stack the other on top if I have a guest.I also found the construction to be sturdy and rigid compared to other products I've seen, the stainless steel rings not only keep it all connected but also help prevent the bamboo from overly expanding.With Chinese New Year right around the corner I am so happy that I picked these up.

I am new to bamboo steamers, and this has changed my kitchen!I've tried using traditional metal steamers but the moisture would condense on the lid and drop into the food making it soggy. These bamboo steamers keep the moisture level perfect and allow you to stack multiple layers of different foods at the same time. The steamers have also sped up my cooking time, because I can just throw all the veggies in the top steamer, and all the meat in the bottom steamer and let the bamboo steamers do the rest of the work. These steamers in particular have been really easy to clean and durable because of the added wiring weave, this durability seems contrary to what I've seen from reviews of other all bamboo products
