Perfect for my needs , maybe a mini iPad but it does a big job .
This iPad was my birthday present along with the Apple Pencil 2nd edition, love this little iPad mini and it’s so powerful for such a small size , I have the 256gb version in Wi-Fi ,, getting a case for it was not easy and I purchased a screen protector as well for added protection . It’s a usbc cable for charging and you can add an external SSD drive if you like to store photos on it , no headphone socket so you’ll need cordless headphones or a usbc adapter so you can plug in your wired headphones. Battery power is pretty good and I can get a whole day out of one full charge which is really good , with lower usage I can get 2 days out of a full charge . But yes battery power is good , which is a bonus . Setting it up was super easy , apple run through step by step instructions so it’s easy to do , iPad mini 6 comes with instructions and if you get stuck you can always visit the apple support page and that will help you . You get the charging block ( 20 watts ) and cable ( usbc ) in the box . Sound quality is loud for such a small iPad and picture quality is good as well it’s not 120hz but it’s good for 60hz and if you play games then it’s alright for that as well and photo/video editing as well . Drawing is good as well because you get full access with the Apple Pencil so you can add drawing apps to your iPad . iPadOS 15 is good and I’ve not come across any problems . If you want to use the apple support or warranty I’d suggest the apple extended warranty it’s only £69 for 2 years but you must do this within 60 days of purchase luckily apple have a countdown daily timer in the settings so you can keep an eye on it , if you go over that time period then you won’t be able to purchase the apple extended warranty, other than that you do have a 1 year warranty with apple . Yes it’s a great little iPad and it’s packs a punch and has more to offer than the older versions of iPad mini and yes I do recommend the new iPad mini 6 for what you are getting for the price , Apple Pencil use , more advanced in technology than the older versions , better sound and picture quality, list goes on . I’ve had my iPad mini since the 30th of November and I’ve had not one problem and I will be purchasing the apple extended warranty in the next few weeks . I have the Zugu iPad mini 6 case in black (not in photo) and a screen protector made by spigen , both I can highly recommend if you need extra protection for your mini iPad 6 . If you’re new to apple or the iPad mini range you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best iPads
Over a year ago, I used the iPad 5th gen to control smart home accessories, sometimes I played on it, browsed social media. There was a good promotion for the mini 6 and I decided to buy it, a year has passed and I came up with the idea to share with you my observations about the smallest Apple tablet. In addition to the color and memory variants, there is one iPad mini. This greatly facilitates the purchasing decision as well as its size, and this is a characteristic feature of this model. I admit that I rarely used the 5th gen iPad, but after buying the mini 6, things changed. I can take the Mini anywhere thanks to its handy design and that's one of the reasons I bought it. What am I doing when I use it? He takes a lot of notes for reviews, because he often writes down the most important comments, which later end up in each of the texts I write. It doesn't matter if they're positive or negative, I like having most of them because they make writing easier. I don't take notes using the on-screen keyboard, I use a 2nd gen Apple Pencil for this. Initially, I took notes in the factory application included in iPadOS, but over time I moved to the free version of GoodNotes. I've had tempered glass on for a long time, it doesn't cause any problems when taking notes, drawing or sketching. Things 3 helps me to plan the texts for the page, usually there are too many of them. I divide them not only into cooperation with various manufacturers, but also into those in which I want to familiarize readers with the equipment/accessories I bought. The application works great with the mini 6 and is reliable, I can count on it at any time. Entertainment is also important, I often watch YouTube videos on it to catch up on the ones I haven't watched. Similarly with series, although I only pay for Apple TV +. Sometimes it will happen to play, but only in exclusive games available in Apple Arcade, I've been playing Horizon Chase 2 recently. The A15 chip is great with any of the available games, so there is no way to cut/slow down the animation. The transition to USB C is one of the most important points of the iPad mini 6. All thanks to fast (20 W) charging, it makes a difference compared to the long-lived 5th gen or 9th gen due to the Lightning port. Charging is not everything, because you can connect any USB C hub and connect additional accessories. Battery life is great, the equipment easily dials over 6 hours on the screen (screen-on-time), so I can do anything on it and not worry about the battery. Touch ID sewn into the power button is a great solution. I am not surprised that this is how it was solved, because the mini 6 resembles the iPad Pro in terms of the frame surrounding the display. The fingerprint reader works quickly and efficiently, unlocking the screen every time. It hurts me a bit that the equipment is not as popular as the rest of the models. As a result, the base of accessories is smaller and it is hard to find a good case or keyboard if you want to squeeze more out of the equipment. You can see that it has a few shortcomings, but in home use (I have a version with WiFi) I don't need the Pro Motion display. I haven't noticed a problem with the . Jelly Scrolling or I don't pay attention to it. iPad mini 6 is a device worth recommending, it will be suitable for everything, but before buying it is worth asking yourself "what will it be needed for"? Currently, it is more expensive than the introduced iPad 10th gen, but it's better to add to have support for Apple Pencil 2, a stronger chip and a better display. The Mini 6 is a more intriguing device than the rest in the Apple offer, because the larger ones do not differ much from each other. If I hadn't bought it over a year ago, I would do it now without a moment's hesitation.

Fantastic, light, portable iPad
The first thing one notices upon unboxing is that this iPad Mini is very light, it can easily be held in one hand. It is also a very nice size, neither too small (like smartphones) nor too large and unwieldy. It is truly the perfect size for reading, or watching videos, whether you are sitting up or lying down. One thing to bear in mind is whether 64gb is enough for you. If you intend to take many pictures and videos, or install a lot of apps, then it is worth considering the 256gb model. But if you don't intend to install many apps and primarily use it for streaming, browsing and reading, then the standard 64gb is good enough. Some iPad Mini 6 users on the internet have complained that there is an issue with a delay on the left side of the screen during vertical scrolling (commonly referred to as screen tearing or jelly scrolling). It could be subjective, meaning some people notice it more than others due to increased sensitivity, or a genuine hardware/firmware issue with some models, however rest assured that I and most other iPad Mini owners have not noticed this issue, and if you do then you can simply return or exchange the device for faulty display. All in all, it's my favourite iPad I've used, since it is very easy to hold and carry, and the perfect size. Did you know that most cases ofscreen damage to iPads are caused by impact against the edges, not to the screen itself? I would recommend getting a protective case that shields the edges and a glass screen protector with the iPad Mini, for extra protection.

amazing little digital notebook
I already have an M1 iPad Pro but its HUGE. I decided to also get the Mini to help me become more productive in art. I can always have this thing on me, through it in a small bag, takes up no space at all and when ideas pop into my head boom write it down. What else can I say? its apple, its an iPad they all work the same. The battery life is really decent for its little size, its good for writing on, again its just a little notebook. If you use procreate on it, the thing won't be alive long, that app is quite power hungry. The sound from it is quite impressive, I love the finger print sensor. I got the purple one and I LOVE the colour of it. Also a great device to read ebooks on as well, I would also say this is a great first iPad for anyone that just needs a tablet for everyday browsing, writing, reading, shopping and jotting down things.

An excellent stocking filler.
I had an iPad but it broke down so I bought this as a replacement. This is much better than my old one because it doesn’t take long to charge up. It is good value for money. It is very light. The pictures are excellent. I use it to visit web sites, check emails and you can do online shopping and banking and you don’t have to leave the house. You can play games on it and you can read news web sites as well. It is well made and it would make a good present for a member of your family or a friend.

Excellent addition to the line up when portability is key
Having had an iPad Air 4, I found that once I'd put a sturdy case on it, it became too heavy to hold for extended periods of time, plus unless you had a bag or backpack it wasn't exactly ideal for carrying about. So the new iPad Mini seemed like a good solution. It really is like the Air 4 shrunk down a bit, yes it may not have the smart connectors for a magic keyboard or combo touch but that isn't really an issue as the keyboard on one of those cases would have been correspondly shrunk down to the point of not being usable. What it is though, is light enough even with a case on, to hold for an extended period, small enough to go in a jacket pocket and powerful enough too be more than just a portal for the internet. There are a couple of negative points that I've taken a star off for. Firstly as it has the highest ppi of the current line up, but the smallest screen, the text is correspondingly small. Now I know that you can adjust the size of these text but sometimes that throws up anomalies with text going off the edge of the screen. Secondly it does suffer a bit from the jelly effect when in portrait mode, but this is only a disturbance when scrolling through the page quickly. Scroll through at normal reading speed and it's not very noticeable. Also, it only seems to be that noticeable in one direction, so you can always turn the iPad round to match the direction you're scrolling. Neither of these are a deal breaker for me as they affect most tablets and phones to some degree and if you've read any of the reviews, you'll be aware of them already. For what you gain in portability it's a trade off that I think is acceptable.

An effective mini version of the iPad Air with many of the features in a smaller package
This is an interesting mini version of the iPad Air, with many of the same features. While it does have a niche function, being suitable to those that want a portable/pocket version of the iPad Air or Pro, it does have a good function as a secondary device. I mainly use this device as a portable photo editing solution (it has an A15 processor) and a good size to be used as a note-taking device with an active stylus. Because of its size, it really is suited to those that are looking for portability. But it is far better than some of the similarly sized android tablets on the market and a step up from the previous generation iPad mini.

High quality, smart and stylish product, reflected in the price.
The Mini Ipad 6 is smart, neat and stylish, and fits easily into a handbag to carry round. I use mainly for reading e-books, internet surfing, social media and checking emails, and, as expected, it works perfectly. Like all Apple devices, it’s responsive, intuitive, and easy to use. When using the reading app, I like that the screen shows time and battery level, which my previous mini ipad didn’t. You can also access the dock from any app, open control centre, and view all apps in the easy to navigate view, making multitasking simple. Any Apple user knows about the extensive range of apps available, and these are accessible on the Mini 6 - Photos, Maps, and, of course Safari. With a slightly bigger screen, secure fingerprint ID technology and speedy response, there is an app suitable for anything you want to do. Being light weight and easy to hold, makes the device perfect for reading. Speedier than my previous Mini, with a slightly bigger screen. Fingerprint ID, and powerful, innovative technology makes the Ipad Mini 6 a winner for me.
