The conditions in the vineyard had to be just perfect for this wine as the grapes stayed on the vine rich with fruit sugars until late in November, well past the normal harvest time. This vintage has warm flavors of caramel apple and honey. Try drizzling this wine over hot apple pie, or poach fresh bosc pears.
