Springfield Leather Company's Printed and Embossed Leather Scraps (1lbs Small Pieces)

I was not impressed by the lack of variety at all. Only received brown and black. No embossed pieces. Many tiny slivers that are useless.

The product photo and description are very deceptive. While I didn't expect to receive what was in the photo (it states selection will vary) I did expect to receive printed and embossed leather as stated. Instead, I received a selection of smooth leather and only one piece that was very lightly embossed. What I received was not even close to what was advertised, being that it was neither embossed or printed.

Pleather? Really? False advertisement. I'd honestly give no stars.

I got a bunch of good-sized pieces of leather in the 1-lb small box. There were multiple pieces of all of them. Two of the types were not embossed or printed though, just smooth gray and yellow leather, and a third was shiny metallic (not embossed). Color selection of the embossed leather was all browns in animal/natural prints. While I will get use out of these, the pictures on this listing are fairly misleading.

Don’t buy save your money. I got different pieces but they are very small. Paying for 1 pound of scraps and to see what I got I was very disappointed. Like the other reviews said you get very small pieces, in my picture I separated the two scraps. I did this because the top section is super lightweight and the bottom section it’s super heavy. So all the weight that went towards them calculating the pounds went towards some lawn piece of thin Leopard scraps. I wish I could give them no stars. The pieces were also just thrown in a mailer. No type of care or an attempt to have a better representation. I will never buy from them again.

The first order I received had great variation in embossing types and colors. My second order was disappointing...no embossed pieces and some pieces so tiny there is nothing reasonably for which they could be used.

I absolutely love the selection of leather pieces I received, I would highly recommend purchasing this leather if you are making earrings like I do, I didn't like the smell the leather pieces have but eventually that will fade out, there are things pieces and thick pieces, I am happy with the amount I do wish I got a few more patterned ones and less solid colors but all in all terrific buy and I will purchase from them again in the future!
