incandescent replacement
Purchase came quickly and was exactly as described. Set lamp on bench and tested before installing. Lamp lit, "popped" and went dark as soon as power was turned-on. Sent e-mail about problem. Quickly received return note with instructions on how to return light. Before I could get the item to UPS for return, a second fixture arrived in the post. Bench tested again and fixture worked fine, installed same and am happy with ease of installation and light output. Faulty fixture on its way back.

Very wide field of illumination. Very bright.
If light polution is a concern, you should probably find something else. These things just blast light in every direction except behind them. I wish I could angle them down enough to keep the neighbor's house from getting hit by it, but I can't do that without them also shining back into my windows, as you would literally have to point them straight down to keep the light below fence level. Aside from that minor detail I'm happy with them.

Powerful small flood
I was surprised that the lights I bought to replace two flood lights installed by an electrician who specializes in outdoor lighting., were half the size of the originals. I had replaced one two yrs ago but it was not available now. So I chose what I thought was a similar unit. While the LED surface was the same the reflector ara wasA fraction of the original. Still when tested is produced a very bright light. It seems constructed welll, too. The real test will be how long it lasts. I believe the original lights allowed moisture to condense it were not waterproof.

Patio replacement light
Replaced an old patio light for my daughter. She was very satisfied with brightness and appearance.

Super Bright!
This floodlight filled my yard and my neighbors! It's compact compared to the older model I had and it was fairly easy to install. You do need a little experience with junction boxes and wiring. Overall, I'm really satisfied with his light; I highly recommend it.

LEAKS
When we stripped and repainted our house 3 years ago I put up 4 of these lights while we had the rental lift. They worked fine for the first year but then we found one completely failed and had water in the lens. It was on north side of the house. Last month the one on the driveway side started to act like a strobe light so we replaced it. I found water in the lens on that one. So before installing this new light I checked the 4 screws holding the lens on, all were finger tight, I tightened them all. We shall see if that was the initial issue and if this new light last longer but you cannot beat the brightness of these and they are so much cheaper to run than the old flood lights.
