Got these to store food
The largest one I put my home made croissants: made croissants, put them on cookie sheet, freeze then pop them into this bag. Smallest I have used for cheese and the other for cold-cuts; easy access/use and I love the thickness; for the croissants there was zero freezer burn.I plan to get another set; will wait to see if these will get Black Friday treatment because I am um, well lets be honest... cheap. These are imho worth their current <$18 price point.

Not quite what I was looking for
I hate having to throw plastics in the garbage. So I was really excited to try these, hoping they would eliminate my need to have single-use plastic bags in my cabinets.Yes, these have done the job with slim objects. I can throw an opened 8oz brick of cheese in them and they will keep it well. The problem is with bulkier things. I made sure to get the set with the gallon sized bag. I make all of our bread, and we live in a very dry environment. I need something to keep the breads from drying out. One gallon zipper-type bags are perfect for storing my loaves. And, yes, I reuse the snot out them before throwing them out, but I was hoping to eliminate that throwing out thing entirely. Sadly, these silicone bags are too stiff to accommodate something as thick as a loaf. Maybe they will fit a gallon of liquid, but not anything less fluid than that. I am really disappointed.A lot of other reviews here mentioned having trouble getting all of the air out. I suspect that has to do with the stiffness problem I mentioned above. It would be impossible, I think, to remove all of the air around anything thicker than about a half an inch, as the bag, itself, just is too stiff to wrap itself closely around such an item. They seal and open easily, and I love that I can just throw them in my dishwasher (opened over 2 tines to get allow the water to get in them fully). I think these will eliminate my need for single-use sandwich bags. They just don't do what I purchased them to do.

Does not hold up well
These are a nice alternative to ziplock disposable bags. They are not as durable as I hoped. One ripped down the side already within a couple of weeks. So that one is trash which is what I hoped to avoid. My stasher brand have held up perfectly for more than a year so far. Will get more of the better brand.

Great but be gentle!
I accidentally opened these past the point that they seal together, simply due to how they looked to be split apart further than they were. I ended up ripping the bag. It sealed almost completely still but some air leaks out. I contacted their email and had a reply within 1 hour on a Sunday. I will definitely buy more of these to reduce my single use plastic usage! These are very thick and have 0 smell to them! I am a fan already and the company is USA based with competitive prices. Thanks Len and Karina!

Not so good
One tore across the front the first time I tried to use it.
