The straps on this product are a little bit fraudulent. You need to be really close attention when you open it and close it. Otherwise they will bend and get tangled up.

It was in a small package so had me worried a little. I love the bag! I use it for the gym and now as my everyday bag. The only thing I can say I don’t like are the straps. They have where you can adjust it to fit but that’s what makes it hard to open and carry. I love all the pockets and space it has. It’s a really nice bag and I love using it.
