⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Picked these up on a whim for the paint by number kits I work on because I've never used watercolor brushes for acrylic paints. - Bristles are super soft and hold plenty of water without dumping it all at once. - They make blending and smooth washes almost effortless. - No bristle shedding so far, even after a lot of use and it's easy to shape the brush before air drying. - Triangle handles feel comfortable and balanced in my hand, even during longer sessions. Honestly didn’t expect this level of quality for the price — pleasantly surprised! If you need soft, ergonomic brushes but don’t want to splurge, this set is a solid choice.

I was really excited to try these and so far haven't been disappointed. Seem well made, clean nice, easy to use. I'm not sure on shape retention, the one brush I use the most seems like the hairs are separating.

the handles are fantastic, the brushes hold a lot of water for synthetic and they also look very nice. The 0 is small enough for most work. The large one is big enough for most washes. I actually bought a 2nd set just in case something happens to my first I like them so much. SO comfortable to hold and it keeps you from choking up too close to the bristles. The brushes keep their shape if you care for them properly (don't put them bristle down in water and I dry them using a brush holder). They come with the standard binder in the bristles but if you dip them in water and gently work it out with your fingers it all comes out and they are ready to use. The finish on the handle is absolutely gorgeous it feels almost velvety. Seriously if there were a soul brush this might be mine.

I am so happy with my purchase! I've been searching for a full size triangle handle brush set that WASN'T made with cheap lacquered wood that chips easily or has five of the same tiny brushes. I prefer larger sizes like a 12 or 16... this set includes a 16, 12, 8 and 4. A size 10 would round out this already great set but I'm still giving these brushes a 5 🌟 rating because of how well they work on my favorite Arches rough, which is a highly textured cotton watercolor paper. I didn't feel any skipping of the brush across the paper and I saw consistent water/paint control. They are incredibly comfortable to hold... no hand fatigue or cramping up while painting. The handle is very similar to the Aqua Elite series, with a good ergonomic grip. In other words... I didn't feel clumsy holding any of these brushes. They also never roll off the desk which is ALWAYS a bonus for me! They're great for gouache, watercolor, liquid watercolor [like the Ecoline] and acrylic ink. They clean up nicely and have a firm yet soft snap to them. The precision tip that the size 8+4 have is wonderful! Especially when applying metallic watercolor details or white Gouache. All in all, the best art supply purchase of 2026 so far! The price is fantastic. These brushes look and feel expensive without the price tag. Honestly, I don't want to keep buying brushes and paint... just the paper I need to enjoy painting. And these brushes will be a permanent part of that process! I added pictures and a quick demo video using the size 16! The size 4 looks more pointy than the others in my pictures due to me using it right beforehand.
