I bought these guards because my daughter saw them at team practice and she really loves them; she feels she makes better passes wearing them. They are truly excellent.

I would recommend this for anyone working on their volleyball serves. I have definitely seen a difference in my daughter’s serves, and the strength of her hand when spiking. I also gave one of these to my diabetic relative to help with blood flow in their hands. We’ve had these for about a year now and I’ve only broken one, so they are very durable. Definitely recommend and definitely worth the purchase.

We’ve actually used this for both softball and volleyball, and it works pretty well for teaching the right motion. It helps build muscle memory, but it’s definitely made more for bigger hands-smaller hands don’t fit as well, which makes it less effective for younger players. Still, it’s a neat training tool if you want something simple to remind you of proper technique, just wish they made it in a smaller size also.

So this product seems good but my daughter had a tough time with it.
