Amazing customer service
I purchased a refurbished double din 1770nex. Within a week it started acting up. I wasn't going to contact the seller because I never have luck l. I never get helped. Ups driver stole my lug nuts I was having delivered n no one is helping so I wasn't going to even try. But I did n im glad. I only had to talk to one person for the whole return , emails n getting it back. Told him what it was doing n he said send it back n we'll see. I did n the day after they got it he called me told me we see the problem n swap you another one. Received it fast like 3 days n its been working perfectly. Love this seller. N I baught the Siriusxm antenna. Love it. Highly recommend

Fails 6 months out of warranty
This radio was a great upgrade. It has great sound quality, the equalizer worked well and the wired Car Play / Android Auto functionality worked quickly. The screen touches were pretty sluggish and inside the head unit's own UI it was pretty slow as well.The unit I bought does show the issues others are reporting, that after 18 months of installation the radio turns off randomly and kicks feedback through all the speakers. It also started displaying a white screen with a number of colored lines and would require the car to be restarted a few times for it to work properly.I wouldn't recommend this product with it failing only 6 months out of the warranty period so consistently

Product was defective. Seller did offer replacement but with your truck all torn apart it was an inconvenience to have to wait which led me to just going to Best Buy.

Awesome head unit
I bought this as an upgrade for my wife's Toyota 4runner . This head unit has all of the bells and whistles. Easy to use and love the android auto function. Definitely pleased with this stereo. I recommend this if you are looking for a good radio that you won't have to take a loan out to purchase. Big thumbs-up.

Pretty much perfect
Only complaint I have is the refresh rate on the home screen when scrolling, which even then is not a huge deal at all.

Fits good, looks good, but…
We have this same exact deck in 5 other vehicles. This one seems to have a very slow response time when selecting one of the buttons on the side, like home or volume or even the power button. Even if we click on an app. Also, it will randomly cut out and turn off. We put this in another vehicle. Did the same thing. Put it in another. Did the same thing. We even replaced the entire wiring to the car. And to the deck. Same thing. It’s defective and so many time of taking it out and putting it back in now the clips from the trim are coming loose. I guess we have to live with it. Such a bummer. It’s expensive and clearly it’s defective. We couldn’t even get it swapped out.

Good Radio And Fit Well
Installed in a 2009 F450 with the double din Metra kit for about a month now. Very easy to wire up and install and the fit was very clean. Tested with Android Auto and Apple Car Play and both work flawlessly. I do not have any troubles seeing the screen in daylight. The microphone for it picks up both passenger and driver clearly.

Does not work (would be 0 stars if possible)
Bought to replace stock radio to my 2002 highlander, it turns on and shows a white screen with some colours. Very rarely works properly (probably 1 in 20 drives). I’ve tried every single troubleshooting option and none has worked. I spoke with pioneer support and they said it will need to be sent in and serviced, and that someone will contact me for more information- its been 3 weeks since our last email (haven't heard back at all, sent a follow up email each week, they replied quite quickly when i initially emailed) and their phone support does not work.Ive heard that this has happened to many people, and i’m overall very disappointed.Will be returning this product which is such a shame since I have wasted time on installing this and money for buying a compatible wiring harness (which i now cant return since its been adjusted to fit this screen/ my car).Would recommend saving up and buying a better one. I’ve heard from others that this is a reoccurring issue from the manufacturer’s end post covid.
