The soups are easy to make. Just put all the ingredients roughly chopped and within 20 mins you have your soup ready. It can even sauté ginger/garlic/onion if you wish to do that before pouring water( instructions given by the seller in one of the questions n answers posted by someone and also you can refer to a video posted by American Micronic). The blades are sharp to even blend hard vegetables. Reheat function is also handy. Cleaning can be done by a soft sponge with detergent. I wish the company could sell like a cap cover separately on payment basis for the two open socket points on the soup maker. While cleaning under running water, It would have made cleaning a little easier n less fearful. Right now the only thing that scares me is that water droplet should not go into the open socket points on the machine. It serves 4 big mugs / or 6-8 small cups of soup in one go if filled to the max level.Just go for this soup maker. You will love the hassle free cooking in this.

Multi options of cooking. 1 Makes smooth soups retaining all the fibre. 2. No wastage at all 3. Makes chunky soups too 4. Makes jam 5. Cleaning option is there 6. Reheating option is there 7 . It can make juices/shakes too but I haven't tried this option as yet. Now that summers are coming, will try this option too. Any shortcomings? Not at all. But wish there was a smaller version of this product for a single person as the minimum soup you can make is for two. Maximum for 4.

Really it's a excellent product. The taste of soups so much testy. Even children can like it. Go for it.

It’s not working as prescribed. As video shows it does not work

A very useful & convenient product. Using it almost every day for the last 2 months. So far no issues. It would be better if the minimum level was less. 800 ml minimum quantity is large if the soup is to be made for a single person, it is more for even two persons.

Not working at all

I was skeptic before purchasing as I haven't used such products before. It was quite surprising to me how easy to use and it taste was quite good (you need to add ingredients before starting the product). I mainly use it to make soups and nothing else and is hugely impressed. Cleaning is. It tricky as you can't wash it like any utensils. One dissatisfaction with the product is the missing of guide to make other items. It could have been beneficial for a first time user like me. Additionally, a cleaning/cooking guide or handbook would have been appreciated. Overall, 5 🌟 fora terrific product.

Super amazing, easy to use and very good quality product. I'm super happy with the product. Saves a lot of time as you don't have to first boil and then churn separately.... Real value for money product and a must buy for all the kitchens.
