J.R. Liggett's Jojoba and Peppermint Shampoo Bar 3.5 Ounces (Pack of 6)

I ordered this product right about a week before new year, hoping this product would be delivered a week after the new year. The product delivered a bit later than I expected, which I understood back the time the harsh weather condition in east coast. So, the reason I only gave this product three stars is based on two parts, product itself and customer service.Product itself:I had read many reviews talking about how amazing this product is and this product is not like other shampoo products that eventually break down your scalp. I have only used thus shampoo bar for less than one month and I haven't felt much difference between this shampoo bar and average bottle shampoo. So, I can't say much about the product will improve the health of my scalp. On the other hand, I do like the fact that the product has very little artificial fragrance. Even though I haven't experienced the improvement of my scalp health, I believe less artificial is better. Combined with natural fragrance and the minimal ingredients used in manufacturing, I will continue using this product to test the long-term effects on my scalp. I'll give four stars to the product itself. I subtracted one star merely because it didn't work amazingly as I expected it would.Customer service:This product is provided by a online retailer, AmericaRx. The customer service is the major factor affecting my decision gave this product three stars. As I mentioned above, I got my order a bit later than I expected but still acceptable for me. However, I didn't get the exact quantity of what I ordered. This happens sometimes when you do the online purchase and hence I wasn't upset until I contacted with their customer service for further assistance. Their customer service told me that they would reship my order. Almost one week or so passed by I still didn't get my shipment, and then I emailed to them to get updated progress of the shipment, explaining I was in the middle of moving and it'd be nice if they could forward my order to my new address. I got an email from their customer service with only one sentence, indicating "Thank you for your prompt reply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regards." They definitely need to enhance their customer service training, educating their employees, in particular people working in customer service department, to communicate with customers better when customers have complaints. Their customer service afterwards provided me with the tracking number of my order followed by my outrageous reply to the nonsense e-mail. The previous copy-paste customer service response brings down my rating about this product to only three stars.Over all, I like the product, but it was a hassle to deal with bad customer service!

I make soap from olive oil, and I still buy this when I don't feel like making my own. I use the Jojoba & Peppermint soap for hands and hair and it works great without stripping my skin of its natural oils. It leaves my hair squeaky-clean without leaving it dry or fly-away. My family uses it as well and we all like it, we've been using it for 5+ years now. i recommend this particular scent as I have not tried any others - most scents bother me but this one never has.

I tried some other natural products before, but this stuff is the bomb. Doesn't take much to lather up, hair is squeaky clean. Easy to rinse out. And if use conditioner, you don't need as much. I have thick head of hair and a oily scalp, no issues. Only warning I have about the product is don't let it get in your eyes.

I have used this soap for years and the price was good. A bit strong on the peppermint smell, but that’s subjective and not a dealbreaker.

If anyone has ever looked at the ingredients and the chemistry behind liquid soaps...you might not want to use them. Highly corrosive! Years of unexplained rashes on myself and my kiddos was ended with this bar. I tried shampoo-less and it's definitely not for me. This is a good clean and I use a skosh of conditioner to soften our hair.

This is my favorite scent. Leaves my hair feeling great.

Leaves my hair gummy. This may be because I have very hard water I'm not sure. I do use it as a soap and like it that way. But it does not work for me as a shampoo bar.

I've been using this stuff for about 2 years now, simply the best.I use to get an irritated scalp, bumps and acne on my head.Ever seen using this, the problems are almost non-existent.It smells great also and last a long time.The bar is very small so you save lots of space in the bathroom.I recommend this soap to everyone.
