Outstanding Product - My Favorite
Great pasta - great price from Amazon. Try this pasta for a change from the ordinary. It has a superior flavor and, when cooked properly, also has a superior texture. I use the Penne Rigate for cold vinegar/oil based pasta salads and the pasta never gets too soft or closes. I bet it would bake well also.

Best pasta I have found in my current half century of age
This pasta is excellent, the only reason for 4 stars was because rather than receiving Penne Rigate, I received Penne. The first time I purchased from this seller it was correct, however I just received the 2nd purchase which was wrong. One of my favorite aspects is the Penne Rigate is larger and thicker than normal Penne, and is excellent when cooked el dente. Very firm and holds shape even after rewarming leftovers. It also has ridges to hold my fra diavolo sauce which is important since it is a lighter sauce, but with a kick. Anyway, this Penne is much smaller and smooth, so while I assume the recipe is the same and the pasta is good, equally as important to me is the structure so I know this will not work well for this sauce. Since you can't return food on Amazon, I may just keep it for thicker sauces like Alfredo or spaghetti sauce. I just want their Penne Rigate, and after moving away from my local supplier and nobody had anything close where I live, I was happy in finding it on Amazon. I will try again since my first order was right, but I am a bit concerned now...

Favorite pasta of all time
This company is my favorite pasta company of all time. Their noodles are absolutely delicious and have no Glyphosate. Unfortunately you have to by products from Europe in order to avoid the Glyphosate.

Since all the other shapes give the same message I presume this is code for "we won't carry this anymore."Can't eat shippingRustichella d'abruzzo is the very best pasta asciutta available. For years Amazon has been offering it in four packs for $17.50 or so and the prices have been rising to about $22. If you buy something else (another 4-pack of pasta is what I buy) the price comes to under $6 for a half kilo ( 17.6 oz) of the factory made product. Handmade shapes are generally double in price.Looking today, all the 4 packs are on an out of stock--please notify me basis.The linguine that actually is available is about $6.25 with7.25 shipping. That makes it $14/lb and at that price I'll east filet, lobster, and get out my Atlas and start making my own.Please, Amazon, bring pack the 4-packs!

Our favorite dry pasta. Period.
This is my husbands absolute favorite pasta. He doesn’t mind it costs extra because it tastes extra! I’m so glad I was able to find it on Amazon!
