Suggestion: leave out the Stevia
I love stevia. But in this case Chompie's Please try making these without the stevia. That little bit of sweetness is odd for a bagel and not necessary.Overall I like these. I only tried one other brand and they were zero net carbs. They didn't taste bad but they didn't taste like anything and they didn't feel like a bagel. They just had the shape. I haven't ordered those again. Even after toasting them and putting whatever on top, they just weren't worth it.But Chompie's are much closer to the bagel I know and miss. The texture is great. I love that they are covered with sesame seeds. They toast up very well. The bagel mouth-feel is very pleasing, very good. The taste is just a little off. The thing is bagels are not just bread cooked in a ring. The dough is special and that is what we like. So imagine trying to emulate that, but having to avoid net carbs. Pretty difficult. But they have done a pretty good job with these. There is slight sweetness. I said 'slight'. The more I eat them, the more I get used to them. I suggest giving them a try. I hope the makers/bakers keep trying to tweak the recipe until it is near perfect. When they arrive I slice them all down the middle, place them in zip lock bags and freeze them. Then I take them out and defrost them whenever I want one. But I cut the bagel in half again and toast those two half sides to keep to my 2 grams net carb limit. I usually toast them and I also have everything bagel topping which I'll sprinkle on the buttered bagel. Yes, it's overkill, but to each his own.So far I think these are the best keto bagels. I've buttered them and made sandwiches and do plan on buying more. I have bagels again after about ten years without. It's the small things.

Odd texture and flavor
I keep trying to find good keto-friendly bread, bagle, and crackers. I know it's hard to produce these products! I ordered two types of bagels this month - about $40 for both brands together - and nothing is returnable - but, I keep hoping! This bagel has a spongy texture - not a true bagel texture - which is the hard part, I get that. I tried slicing it into 4 thin slices, in order to have thin pieces I can toast in the toaster, and then add toppings. This worked marginally well - much better than another new brand of bagels I couldn't even eat. I will eat these over several weeks (I keep them frozen with the smaller slice.) I know it's hard to make a good-tasting keto-bagle with a good texture. Please keep trying - but, I just can't recommend this one yet. I appreciate your hard work to bring these products to market.

Chewy texture
Not as I expected the flavor was okay but it has a chewy texture even after toasting

Undecided
These have and interesting flavor but taste texture wise kind of spongy . I like how they are low carb and high protein but they are very expensive. I'm not sure about them

Soft, delicious and truly keto friendly.
These bagels were larger than I expected. They were also very soft and delicious. I found them to be a wonderful addition to my keto regimen. And they were delivered quickly.

Looks good, tastes like rubber
Was excited when these arrived but they have this rubbery texture that is horrid. Tried warming another in the oven but was just as gross. Threw the rest out

These are keto deliciousness!
So I’m a nice Jewish girl from NYC who loves bagels but needs to watch the carbs for health reasons. These are fluffy, chewy, moist, and loaded with sesame seeds. They are slightly sweet, like a Montreal bagel, which I am not used to but it’s growing on me. I’ve already tried Royo, ThinSlim, and Carbonaut bagels, and those are all garbage compared to this masterpiece. As a plus, they have a decent amount of fiber but nothing insane (a Royo has a whopping 37 grams), so won’t back you up either. I will be ordering more soon!

Lots of calories - misleading 1/2 bagel 129
Not only are they high calories - for that many calories you can have a decent bagel but taste is odd , didn’t care for them at all - soft and lots of seeds but that did not help flavor -
