As shown in the attached, we have an antique copper color scheme in our kitchen, which included the primary "pull down sprayer" main faucet on the left. The RO drinking water faucet that matched it went bad and started leaking every time we depressed the lever to pour water, so I had to find a matching replacement. It took a long time to find copper faucets. It is not a common color. After quite a bit of searching, we found one from Westbrass that matched our color. When we got it, we were disappointed to see that the threaded shaft on the Westbrass was only 2" long, which does not fit most granite countertops. The Westbrass was more expensive and on top of that, they offered an extension to their "too short" shaft and wanted an extra $20 for it. Boo on that. We sent it back to Amazon for a refund.So, back to the drawing board to find a matching color that also had a long enough threaded shaft to fit our granite countertop. We finally located the iSpring faucet shown in the attached picture. iSpring has the largest selection of finishes for their RO faucets and they also have a variety of styles in those colors. AND the threaded part of their shaft is 2 1/4" long, allowing it to be mounted in thick countertops. So, this was a lifesaver for us. Although the mounting is drop dead simple, with tool less fittings, and I am a DIY handyman, I hate wiggling into to tight spaces with my hands to attach stuff like this, so I had a plumber come out and do the under-sink contortions to mount it, which took him all of about 5 minutes to remove the old and install this new faucet.And here is even a better part to the story. Unlike many products made in China, by companies that offer poor support, iSpring is totally different when it comes to Customer Service. I was swayed when I read other reviews for this product. If there were any deficiencies, it was very easy to contact iSpring and I noted their response was very quick. SO...I had also noticed a number of review complaints that some very minor adapter parts were missing in an iSpring order, and when contacted iSpring immediately sent out the parts needed to complete the order. iSpring includes two fittings to connect your RO line to the faucet. One of them is a snap fitting that requires no tools....you just slip the fitting onto both connections and you are done (this is what is known as a shark bite fitting). That snap fitting is supplied in a 1/4" to 1/4" connector and they also send a 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor fitting. What is usually missing from an order is the blue plastic "C" shaped lock ring which secures the shark bite connection to the water line at both ends of the fitting.Knowing this, when I ordered my faucet (and before I got it), and not wanting to have my plumber come out a second time, in case one of those little lock rings were missing, I emailed iSpring through the Amazon link and asked for them to send me the little connector kit with both sizes of the blue plastic lock ring. They agreed instantly and I received the "precautionary" parts a couple days later.My RO faucet arrived two days after that and sure enough, the larger lock ring that secures the 3/8" side of the step-down adapter was missing from my kit. But having the replacement "precautionary" fittings from iSpring, insured that I had all the parts necessary for my plumber to install on his initial trip.The iSpring customer service rep said that my RO faucet should include everything needed but evidently iSpring does not have that under control, to avoid a small missing part. You might want to do what I did and request the small connector/adapter kit, specifying that you want the needed lock rings as well. Don't hesitate to order from iSpring. You will be very happy that you did, in spite of a very minor shortcoming.

I bought the brushed nickel finish; it matches my existing faucets well. This unit is designed and made to a higher quality than is found in other similar units, especially those you're likely to find packaged with RO systems.

The style of the product and the ease of install were all good but it developed a small leak where the spout meets the body. It looks like the plastic washer was split. I contacted support (Nick) and provided a copy of my invoice and they shipped a new one out that day with no issues on the claim. The new faucet arrived, installed and is working fine. 4 stars because it did leak, but otherwise the product was fine and the support was excellent

Very nice looking, smooth operating, and it is easy to install. The only thing that could be better is that the plate that covers the hole doesn't have the same finish and is not as nice looking as the fixture itself.

The iSpring faucet is just perfect it looks great and is made of the highest quality materials. The faucet was really easy to install all I had to do remove the old faucet and insert the new faucet into the hole and hand tighten the screw on fastener from the bottom then connect plastic tubing from the water filter to the bottom. I highly recommend this faucet.

This was used to replace a similar unit that started to drip a lot. I wanted brushed nickel and the finish is great. Feels very solid and installed quite easily. The hardest part was contorting to get under the sink and reach up to undo the tap. The old tap was 4 years old, I hope this unit lasts longer.

Last minute purchase as we’re renovating our kitchen, but remembered about the water filter tap just before replacing the sink & worktops.I fitted easily in less than 10 minutes to our existing water filter supply, and the antique brass finish matches almost perfectly with the new tap on the kitchen sink.Surprised at the nice quality and good instructions, and even more surprised at the really good value and the difference it’s made to the appearance of our sink area.Definitely recommended !

Gorgeous to look act, fits our decor perfectly, not too big, love the swivel and the ability to adjust the water pressure...and stupidly easy to install (took under 1/2 hour including taking out the old 25-year-old one). And the BEST customer service ever! Francis was so helpful, always an e-mail away when I needed help (needed the 3/8" adapter clips and then she shipped me a replacement faucet because of a minor defect in the chrome finish) and this from a company on the East Coast of the US when I'm on the West Coast of Canada! Couldn't be happier with this company and our new faucet, highly recommend!

Bought this as a replacement of the old one. The quality and look of this one is amazing. The heights to fill is much better than the smaller one we had. Great value for the price.

Difficult to make connection. Stem should be at least 6” longer.
