The media could not be loaded.  Would have given it higher scores however, the product requires an essential AAA battery for the ignition that doesn’t come with the product and worst still, battery requirement not mentioned in the instruction manual.Once I figured that out, everything else seems good.

Not going to take any stars off for arriving later than stated. Does need a AAA battery for the ignition which is not mentioned in the manual. The heater looks great and throws off a lot of heat. Early days but would recommend, especially for the price.

Having not read product description properly I messaged company about the 'faulty' ignition. The reply was really quick & a battery solved the problem!! Heat generated is excellent & it looks great on my patio.There was also some slight damage to the base, purely cosmetic, and probably happened during transit, the company have kindly given a partial refund.

All fine, easy to assemble. Appears to be good value.Spark button requires a AAA battery, nothing in instructions to indicate this. Unscrew button and slowly remove as there’s a spring behind it that will shoot out otherwise.Arrived a week later than promised, but that’s not the heaters fault.

Delivered Sept 12th and on Oct 20th the weld that connects the heater head support pipe to the body has failed and broken off! Totally unacceptable!!Should have listened when I was told buy cheap buy twice!!
