I've been taking these for just about 3 months, so it is time to give an initial report. As others mentioned, the smell is like liver. It is pretty strong. If anything this is a great indication these are the real deal. I just don't smell through my nose when taking them. No biggie. My stomach does not get upset on these vitamins. No bad side effects.I believe these are a great addition to the other vitamins I take. I do not eat organ meat and realize the health benefits are unmatched. I like these because they are genuine and high quality liver supplements, not just lab created, but the real animal meat.I've noticed that my hair is thicker, and my nails are strong. I can't prove it is these vitamins, but have noticed a nice difference in my hair and nails since about a month into taking these. I also have nice energy during the day, though seem to crash in the afternoon a bit, but that may be due to coffee and sugar addiction which I am working myself off. I have a good clarity in the morning with less of a foggy feeling since taking these as well. I do recommend to try. I take only 2 a day since I take another iron pill and I didn't want to get too much iron so I cut the dose in half.

If a company has a high price but doesn't have this verification then what you're doing is essentially paying for something that isn't nutrient dense and you're just putting more money into the profit, and nothing for you.This is why this supplement is my favorite! When it comes to vegetables even sitting on the store-bought shelf from California I guarantee you that tomato sitting on a shop in Kentucky after coming across the US has zero nutrients and taste like cardboardSo implementing this along with organic vegetables that I'm fortunate to be able to get in Florida it's a way of keeping my nutrients balance and my hemoglobin and normal range, which it was not until I started taking this

The best beef liver supplement out there! I’ve bought this religiously for years and will continue to do so. They don’t taste bad, they keep my ferritin levels up, my digestion is better, less headaches and dizziness. They even improve my skin 👏🏼

These work great. I am 47 and struggle with low ferritin. My nurse practitioner recommended these. They have helped with my energy level greatly. I take two at lunch. I love that they are all natural. Worth every penny for the energy I feel!!

This brand is super great, and one I trust. Grass fed and grass finished is exactly what you want to see, which this brand does. The only thing is that I had to hold my breath every time I opened the bottle and quickly swallowed them down. They had a bad smell and taste. I’ll still buy again.

Very good product. I’ve had anemia for a while. I had been taking regular over the counter iron pills with no success. I began taking this supplement and my bloodwork numbers are now normal. I highly recommend. My doctor is pleased as well.

My ND recommended this to me. I went through a whole bottle of beef liver from another brand (AS) before switching to Perfect. I like that Perfect tests for glyphosate (Roundup), that seems to be unique to this brand. The first thing I noticed is that the color, smell and taste are very different between the two brands. This one is much more tolerable, it literally smells and tastes like there’s chocolate in it, or maybe I’m just used to beef liver now that I’ve been taking it for 5+ months. I only take one or two of these a day since I’m also taking beef kidney and other organ supplements. The combination of these has really made a huge difference in my health and life. I have more energy, less migraines, increased athletic ability, less cramps, and my hair, skin and nails are healthy. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t react well to this when I began taking it, and frankly I think more than 2 per day can be too much if you’re small like me, but overall I’m a believer in the benefits.One thing to be careful for is if you have a histamine intolerance like me, beef liver is somewhat high in histamine so you may not react well. This is why I am also taking Beef Kidney, because it has DAO which breaks down histamines and it seems to alleviate the issue.

I started taking these about a year ago, and I feel so much healthier. These are grass fed, so they're high quality. I feel more energized, and I feel I digest food better. Every once in a blue moon I'll get an upset stomach right at the beginning of my cycle, but that use to happen every single month and last my entire cycle. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, and I love that they don't have to be taken with food or a that like that. Also love that it's a natural way to get more protein and iron in my diet. They do have a smell to them that lets you know you are indeed ingesting beef liver, but they don't taste gross, and I got used to the smell after a few days. Lifelong customer with these guys!
