My 6 year old son wore this for Halloween this year. He was adorable and was thrilled that the cape was only affixed by velcro, which meant that he was able to take it off if he wanted and I was also happy the velcro was a safety feature so that he wouldn't get it caught on something and be choked.

Cute costume, details and construction are really great, fit as expected.

Good costume, just had to ditch the belt and get a new hat for my 10 year-old. Would fit in the smaller sizes. I bought one of those knitted Viking hats with the detachable yarn beards to go with it instead. Made the costume (although more than I wanted to spend), super cute!

I purchased this for my 9-year old to wear to Viking Day at school. I ordered the XL based on other reviews, but when we received the product, the viking "helmet" was WAY too small for an average size 9 year old - maybe it would fit a toddler. The costume itself was a bit small, and the pants fit his waist, but were about 9 inches too long for his legs (and he is in the 60% for his age). This didn't work for us, but if you have a very tall, very thin child, it may work.

This year's Halloween costume for 7 year old. He loves it and it fits well. Nicely made.

Order an XL for a my 10 year old who wears a size 12. The sizing guide says XL was a size 12-14 but it was so small! The hat was toddler size. The pants might have fit, but the shirt was a size too small. The belt was sized for a 5 year old. I will be returning this.

My son requested a viking outfit for his birthday, and I was surprised to find one so easily. He absolutely loves it. It is great quality for the price.

Fit great! Bought size large based on comments and it fit my 56 pound 9 year old perfectly!
