These are holding up well and I have seen progress, even though I do not wear them daily. They are comfortable and wash easily.

It does relive pain, however since it’s so bulky in between your fifth and fourth toe, it does take awhile to get used to. The good thing about this compared to the other brands is that it’s very sturdy and it stays in place. I would also get a wider width shoe.

Tailor's bunion guy here - these are pretty good for my purposes. I am on the treadmill at the gym a lot and I do some heavy lifting exercises like calf raises. I put these on under my athletic socks which lines up my little toe properly and keeps it that way through the workout. Has made a decent improvement in my toe alignment without the pads, so that is good. One drawback - these are a gel-like material so your socks won't slide effortlessly over them. I just roll mine up and slip them over the pads a bit and then pull the rest of the sock on. For the improvement - worth the extra effort.

I was really looking for something for my feet but it did not work. After wearing it for 2 hours, it started becoming painful. I tried other sizes thinking maybe it was that what caused the pain but using smaller ones were no different. I would have returned this but I missed the window for return 🤦🏻‍♀️

These do the job to separate the toes, but if you don’t have dainty feet the loop is snug and with neuropathy you may not notice that it is too tight. It stretches, but is still snug and leaves marks.

These pads work well and don’t break.

Other sizes out there are too flimsy, so buyer beware - this is the good one. Got plenty in the box, just good things to say about this one.
