Quality product! Michelle at customer service advised me on this kit. I have to say the install was simple, quick and easy. I ran it from my ispring reverse osmosis system model number rcc7 I now have R/O water in my fridge and in my ice cubes between four and seven parts per million TDS!! I spring is an excellent company.

Bought this to go with my iSpring under sink water filtration system. It's been in place for two years and still work without any leaks.

The kit was as advertised and easy to install. It's maybe a bit pricey for a bunch of plastic parts, but since you don't have to go searching for each individual part it's worth it. I gave it 4 stars because I had a small issue with the threaded connection between the valve and the T connecter with 2 disconnects. The threads did not mate well with the valve and I had to put a very large amount of Teflon tape on there to stop it from leaking. Just keep putting it on there until you feel some resistance when you screw it in. Other than that the kit is great. I hooked it up to our fridge with this kit so we can get RO ice cubes. Our old ice cubes used to stick to each other all the time even when they were freshly made. As soon as we switched to RO, the ice cubes don't stick and are noticeably better - who would have thought! We have had the I-Spring 6-Stage RO for 1 year and we absolutely love it. We would never go back to non-RO water. We use it for drinking, cooking, canning, coffee. We even give the dog RO water :) Also a general note, don't forget to completely drain the tank when you let it sit idle for a couple of days (2-3 days on my system). I've noticed it tends to get an odd taste, which I assume comes from the tank. I called the supplier and they said that the tank bladder does not have any BPAs. They also say to refrigerate the RO filter if you will be gone for more than a week. I have not done this yet, but I think I would just throw the whole unit in there instead of removing the RO filter (and place aluminum foil on any open tubes).

I have the iSpring ICC7AK under-the-counter system, and wanted to provide this water to my new Kitchenaid refrigerator. Had to drill holes in the cabinets and go behind the range to get the water line to the fridge. (the 20 feet of hose was just enough). Now I can enjoy chilled water and ice from the fridge. Since the ICC7AK storage tank water pressure/flow rate is relatively low, I did not install the water filter in the fridge, since the iSpring does all the filtering I will ever need. So Kitchenaid keeps sending me offers for filter replacements that I will never need, lol. So if your ice cubes are not up to size, and it takes longer to fill up your water glass, try removing your fridge filter (if your fridge supports not having a filter installed). My Kitchenaid fridge seals off its internal filter connection and lets the water continue to flow to the icemaker/water dispenser even when the filter is not installed. Check your fridge's manual or Google it to see if yours supports this configuration.

So, we opened the package to run the line on one day, then went back to actually connect it the next - somewhere in that time frame we misplaced the two tiny plastic pieces for the connection option that would work best for our fridge. I panicked and contacted iSpring through their customer service section of their website (not through Amazon). The next day, my husband was able to make the other connection option work, so I immediately sent a follow-up message to them saying "Nevermind, we're good!" However, they still responded and said they would send me a whole new kit just to be sure we were covered. Sure enough, a new kit arrived a few days later. It's been a week, and so far everything works great, and the installation was really quite easy despite losing some of the parts! So, great customer service and a good product - can't beat it!

This is an outstanding RO system. I bought a water tester (TDS type) to compare store bought spring water, our well water from the tap (that is only sediment filtered and UV treated), and the water from our RO tap. The results spoke for themselves.... Bottled spring water= 155 ppm Well water from the tap= 172 ppm iSpring’s RO water= 29 ppm I had to do the test twice because I couldn’t believe my eyes. The results were nearly identical. The system makes nearly perfect water.... our family couldn’t be happier with this product. I also bought the ice maker kit and it was a snap to hookup. The system’s installation Instructions were good but I did notice a couple of inaccuracies as I guess the product has been updated so some steps are a little different from what’s depicted. The videos are somewhat helpful, but like the printed instructions, they too should be updated to reflect the current product. Overall though it was a fairly straightforward hookup for anyone who is handy. I had one very minor issue with respect to some missing clips and the free spare parts bag wasn’t included. Fortunately, Richard at customer service took care of that with ease. Professional & courteous people who make a great product and take care of their customers.... can you really ask for more? They’ve earned my loyalty.....I’ll be buying another system for the cottage very soon. Thanks iSpring

Excelente el kit. No hace falta nada mas para poderlo instalar. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder instalarse. Cuenta con dos tipos de conexión para refrigerador. Yo lo instale a un refrigerador GE.
