If you see a visible leak when just testing the connection, I would suspect a possible crack in the plastic piece on the bladder or cut in the rubber ring on the end of the hose. **Q: What are the dimensions of the back pack? I am comparing it to just a hydration pack .** A: The pack is roughly 8 inches long (sides), 9 inches wide (front & back), and 18 inches high. So far I've been pleased with the product. **Q: Any chance this pack will hold two 3l bladders or maybe the 3l and a 2l? Want to be able to have at peast am additional 2l of water.** A: There could be room for a 2l pouch. I put a little ice in mine and the pack wasn't very heavy even with a few other things in the pockets.
