Yes...it says on the bottle gluten free and no carbs...

Does gse harm the "friendly bacteria" in the gut ?

My understanding is that grapefruit seed extract target fungus, not bacteria. Therefor, it should not have an effect on any gut bacteria. But I'm not an expert,, just a long time patron of this product! It seems to help my kids.
