I love this pillow! I had to buy another one because my pet peed on it. But it lasted for more than three years. I can probably wash it, so I'll use the new one as a spare. It is the perfect size to use every night or bring on a plane (if you have the corner seat). It is easy to use and versatile - use in bed, use while watching TV, use for a long car ride, etc. It provides great support if you have cervical strain or in my case - C4/C5 disc issues. I like the quality and qe will probably buy more for guests.

This pillow is supposed to support your neck, it's not supposed to be soft. It is not hard either, it's super comfortable and well made. After a year I'm still using it. The size is perfect and I can use it also under my chest when sleeping on my side. Super practical and convenient item for a good price.

It took me a bit to decide if I liked this or not. I slept on it for a couple nights and discovered I didn’t wake up with as sore of a neck and as much pain in my shoulders. I suffer from fibromyalgia and pains are all too common. Any relief I can find is a true blessing. It takes a little bit to get used to, but has helped me. I’ve tried numerous pillows over the years that I would not recommend, but this is one I would suggest.

Pro's: Arrived quickly. No smell or oder after opening the package. It is summer and warm right now so the pillow is soft. 1st night sleeping on it. Woke up fairly comfortable. Little to no headache nor neck ache in the morning. (Had there been more support closer to the top of my shoulders and base of my neck, It would have 5 stars.) You can not feel the little designer bumps in the middle. I think there spinal measurements are for their country (China) not USA or European countries (where body types differs greatly). I am a tall American woman and the pillow doesn't reach all the way to where it should (to the top of shoulders and base of neck). Recommendation: I'm also in the medical field and this is why I think they should come up with different heights, small, medium, large and xl. They need to measure all races and ethnic groups. A little more support (2 inches higher on thick end). 1/2 inch more support on thin end. Con's: It can get hard in the cold. Unsure about products effects on health and breathing issues. HRV dropped significantly from 60 to 35.

The Cozyhealth cervical neck pillow was a gem in my extended trial of cervical pillows—and the only budget option I kept alongside a much more expensive pillow. It was also the most affordable of the group, and my personal favorite after the Kanuda Andante. This is a smaller pillow with a different purpose. I chose the Kanuda Andante primarily as a CV4-style pillow; the Cozyhealth is not that. What I like about the Cozyhealth is that it lets my head rest lower and, for me, makes breathing feel easier. Its foam is also noticeably softer and more compressible than most of the other cervical pillows I tried, genuinely squishy and sponge-like rather than firm or rigid. By “CV4-style,” I mean a pillow that places gentle, focused pressure at the base of the skull. For me, that sensation is deeply soothing and makes it easier to settle into sleep. I sleep on my back, and for that position this pillow is excellent. Side sleepers will probably be better served by a pillow with more height and support. At roughly $20, this pillow feels like a real find. The Kanuda Andante costs around 15 times as much, and for most back sleepers I would not recommend it over the Cozyhealth on value alone. I still use both, but for different reasons depending on the day.

79 years and had a fall I received neck/spine surgery. One week in the hospital and two weeks in rehab facility both places gave me two big pillows and stressed to find a comfortable sleeping position to reduce neck pain. After stitch removal and x-rays a very unfriendly call from the surgeon to sleep on a flat as a board mattress with no pillow to align my neck or he was going to fuse my spline. Two sleepless nights later with pain and nightmares my granddaughter ordered this pillow (arrived the same day). The design allows my head to go beyond flat. The pillow is very comfortable and I like the groove for my neck.

Tried two-sided contoured pillow but disliked unused side pressing against top of head while sleeping. Tried a roll type pillow but was too hard and narrow to keep head position constant. Finally tried this pillow and felt like resting head and neck on a supportive dream cloud; most comfortable pillow ever for this former side sleeper. Threw Slip pillowcase over it, unconcerned about excess fabric, and awoke refreshed and without neck/shoulder pain. Just ordered two more in case discontinued by the time I wear this one out.

The idea is great but this is too high and too wide for me. Im 165cm tall so average height. My head does not clear the pillow to be flat on the bed which is what the photos seem to depict.

I bought this to relieve neck pain, but as side-sleeper it proved to be unsuitable. The height's good, though, and I imagine if you were a back sleeper it could be quite useful. What I disliked is how hard the memory foam is: even though the back of the skull is resting on a steep slope that, in terms of angle, was quite good, it's hard enough to feel quite a bit of pressure. I'd almost be tempted to cut off half the taper, just to get some relief. Took the cover off to wash it when I decided to retire it, an easy task and it washed well in a front-loader/line dried. Putting it back on was a bit of a challenge as the zip is not full-width, but it settled into place easily enough once I got it all in, and zipped up without a problem.

Hard as a rock, also the neck contour is so small I don’t know whose neck this will fit. Terrible and useless honestly
